H2O: a chick’s best pal

There are few better beauty treatments than a refreshing swag of ice water.  Aside from its obvious benefits (think, wicked hydration & sheer great taste), drinking 8-eight ounce glasses of H2O a day helps avoid dehydration, reduce dark lines, sagging eyes and dry skin amoung many others.

Looking for a healthy glow?  Try combining slices of lemon, lime, cucumber and your choice of water in a tall pitcher, stir and chill.  For an added yum-factor toss in a spring of mint or rosemary. ♥
